1. SCOPE
These business conditions regulate the contractual relationship between the guest, the HotelsOnline4U as mediator and the hotel.
2. COMPLETION OF A CONTRACT
The registration of the hotel in our booking system is free of charge and the collaboration between HotelsOnline4U and the hotel is based on the commissions dependent on the number of performed reservations.
The contract between HotelsOnline4U and the hotel takes place online, as soon as the hotel can be registered in our booking system and receives a confirmation of the assumption from us.
The hotels are alone responsible for the correctness to the information and details.
The hotel is obliged to provide the rooms booked by the guest with full and proper performance.
In the case of an over-booking or when the hotel, which booked the rooms, is not able for any other reason to provide them for a guest , the hotel is obliged to get substitute accommodation with the same performances as well as the corresponding place.
The contract can be terminated by each of the parties at any time after a corresponding communication about an arbitrary reason or also without detail of reasons.
3. PAYMENT
The payment of the switched performances be carried out at the hotel.
The payment for the provided services is carried out directly at the hotel.
4. CREDIT CARD
HotelsOnline4U never charge the credit card given by the customer but only hotels need the Credit Card details to guarantee the booking. Your Credit Card details are transmitted directly to the hotel booked by you.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the Credit Card in advance during the fair and high season.
5. CANCELLATION TERMS
There are valid cancellation conditions given by hotels.
Cancellation proceedings can be run through our booking system with login data.
6. PROTECTION OF DATA PRIVACY
For HotelsOnline4U the protection of the privacy and personal data of the guest is very important, therefore the data entered at booking are never transmitted to the third parties.
7. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
Our website is intended only for the personal use, strictly no commercial purposes are allowed.
HotelsOnline4U does not control and is not responsible for the content of links to the other websites.
